3.71 ct Blue Aquamarine - Trillion

At 3.71 carats, this aquamarine from Mozambique carries its blue color through a trillion cut, measuring 14.9 x 9 x 5.9 mm.

Aquamarine is the blue beryl, colored by iron, and grows in larger clean crystals than its cousin emerald, which is why it cuts so bright. Mozambique's gem fields have reshaped the modern colored-stone trade.

This is a center-stone-grade gemstone with a character of its own, chosen rather than settled for. Hand-selected and filmed by Caveman Gems in good light, shown as honestly as a screen allows.
